The unit is 770 Sq feet with 11 foot ceilings. It is private with a locking door. Access is 24 /7. The unit can be used by one artist or can be shared. All mediums are welcome.

Rent is $1950/month plus GST. This includes everything: Property tax, WIFI, heat, light, a clean up person for common areas and the bathrooms and the dumpsters out back.
