Join the vibrant artists community at City Centre Artist Lodge in the heart of Mount Pleasant.

If you are unfamiliar with the project, the iconic City Centre Motel was transformed into over 70 artist-work-only spaces. The building exterior and parking lot have become a giant canvas for the largest mural by Vancouver Mural Fest to date, designed by three local artists. Plus, the entire site plays host to live community events.

We are looking for Artists who are willing to become part of our community. People who want to get to know their neighbours and who are willing to commit to participating in the Open Studios events that happen a handful of times a year.

The space is private, with it's own bathroom and windows.

Access is 24/7

Rent includes all heat, light, wifi and Parking is available on a first-come basis.

Please note there is a small set of stairs to this unit.
