We have a great artist work space available in the Artopia artist building. This is a new artist building and is full of cool fun people We are right in the centre of Vancouver. Lots of stores, restaurants and cafes. Easy access from transit as well.

The unit is 200 sq feet and is in the basement. Super easy loading from the alley. It can be used by one artist or shared by a group. Everything is included with the rent, Heat, AC, light, Power, and WIFI and there is a clean-up person who does the common areas and the bathrooms every 2 weeks.
